April 12, 2018 - All grand Cru from the Côte des Blancs (Mesnil, Oger, Chouilly). “Pinot is the skeleton, Chardonnay is the flesh and Meunière is the smile. You remove the skeleton and smile, you risk a flabby wine. By choosing only Grand Cru, this has the effect of putting backbone back into the wine.” More delicate and floral with citrus notes. Rich, smoky, yet still tart. Nice.

March 11, 2011 - Wine-Pages Dublin Offline (Ely CHQ, Dublin, Ireland): Slightly low in acidity, dropped off rather quickly and lost all its bubbles.

February 23, 2008 - disgorged in 2000. slightly sherried notes frame the white flowers, roast nuts, and pastry dough nose. the texture is ultra creamy and smooth, really lovely. lots of biscuits and nuts on palate, and intensely mineral. very nice.
