December 25, 2019 - Decanted 45 minutes. Aromas of cherry, leather, tar and raspberry. Flavors of raspberry, cherry, tar and mineral. Ends with a long finish of 20-25 seconds with cherry and mineral notes. For a young Nebbiolo this was tasting pretty good.

March 11, 2019 - It’s way to early to drink. This bottle took about 2 hours to begin to open up and could have used even more time. I am going to let the other bottles sit for a few more years. This Barbaresco is like a lighter style Burgundy. Lot’s of cherry with forest floor lurking.
