a nutshell: both are "serious" Trollinger. But quite different. The Hirth is fine, creamy but still powerful, with decent tannin. Without any doubt a good wine, but without character - could be any variety from any region. By way of contrast the Aldinger is still a Trollinger: light, fruity ... but on a higher level
