Community Tasting Notes 1

March 7, 2020 - A tight wine that gives very little just now. A nose of bright cherry, tobo. Efven less on the palate. The mouthfeel is medium to lighter in body. Just way too young. Hold for anoher 5 years. With blue cheese, pecorino, truffled cheese and aged gouda. 14.2% alc. Recommended with Reservations.
