  April 15, 2022 - First day to break out the summer wines!! Classic Ribolla Gialla! Cloudy orange color. Big nose filled with citrus and tangerines with a hint of honey and oak. Same on the palate and very vibrant. Shortish finish.

  December 11, 2021 - Classic Ribolla Gialla. Dark orangish gold color. Decent amount of oak. Big flavors of oranges, wood, and citrus. Age probably reduced the acidity and zip. One of my favs.

  November 15, 2020 - Deep gold color. Honeycomb, honeysuckle, pear, Meyer lemon, wet stone.
  
  Palate is candied orange, pear, Meyer lemon, baking spice and a bit of nuttiness. Fine tannins and silvery acidity. Weaves a nice line through the fruit and tannic structure with a medium plus finish.
  
  There seems to be some confusion as to what this wine is: 100% whole cluster Ribolla Gialla produced in the Friulian "orange wine" style. It is meant to be complex and deep in color, and it is one of my favorite examples anywhere.

  March 5, 2020 - Odd wine; if this was a urine sample, some on needs to see a doctor fast. Recommened only for close friends of nature, this is all over the place; lots of volatile acidity going on here, lots of sweetness as well.
