March 7, 2022 - A very solid Burg that drinks above its pedigree, a bit bigger boned and I’m sure more rustic in its youth this has smoothed out just a bit, again a day or two in the fridge revealed more leather tobacco and earth notes to go with the rich cherry and pit type of grip, going to check on the remaining bottle in another couple years where I think it should be even better.
