May 9, 2023 - Really drinking nicely now. Well integrated with dark fruit—plums and blueberries in the nose, a bit of bramble and maybe figs or dates. Mouth is soft expressions of fruit balanced by silky to well rounded tannins that linger beyond the mid palate flash of tart cherry that comes from nowhere. Have several left; anxious to follow its development.

March 8, 2023 - Decent wine, but nothing special. Seems to have a touch too much heat and a bit of a bite to it. Balance is off. Maybe needs a bit more time to settle and come together.

December 15, 2021 - ended up liking this a lot more than I thought, terrific acidity, nice flavor

October 24, 2021 - Pleasant, fruit forward but very one dimensional at this point. Lots of potential here. Will sit on m remaining bottles until 2031.

July 17, 2021 - First bottle tasted. Not nearly as tight as expected. Bright color, no tinges of orange, blueberries, mushrooms, and earth in the nose with a touch of voliitile acidity on first pour which blew off after a two hour decant. Blueberry dominated the mouth with balanced and firm tannins and a spark of acidity. Drank with a pan-seared duck breast. IMO, a match made in heaven. Heck of a value considering what Burgundies go for these days.I’ll try it again in six months.
