  August 1, 2018 - A deeper orange/amber colour than the Quomodo, but crystal clear. Kind of has the colour of an aged Sauternes.
  The same aromatic fineness is here; candied cumquats, grilled nuts, orange oil, shoe polish, some kerosene notes. Something distractingly vinegary too which lurks for a bit but after a decant is nowhere to be seen. The palate is more viscous and tangy than the Quomodo, sort of briny too. Feels like there may be a small amount of RS. Has some noticeable phenolic character too which I quite like. A more textural offering, certainly up the weightier end for skin-contact wine but again it's cut with this laser of bright acidity which keeps the texture in check.
  This is seeming to develop in the glass quite a lot which bumps it up a notch for me. As good as the Quomodo, but decidedly different in style.

  February 18, 2018 - I enjoyed this more than the Quomodo I had a couple of week. This being more Semillon dominant. Nice orange colour, rustic but plenty of complexity to keep you interested. Great match with Seafood Linguine. For me, a drink now proposition.
