November 23, 2022 - Very light color, with sparse bubbles. Nose is rather subdued with straw, a hint of apple. Very light bodied, with some sour pear and apple, perhaps some citrus. Rather bitter finish. Short.
In this price range for a prosecco, looking for easy drinking and a good mixer. This is neither of those. -
