May 16, 2019 - While quite dry, this is by no means lean and austere. This assaults the palate with waves of yellow fruits, citrus and a truck load of minerals. A tsunami of flavor, but so well balanced. Finishes with a crisp, citric finish. Can't wait to see how this ages.
