July 5, 2022 - Drink up, this one is probably past it’s prime and a bit flabby.

May 13, 2022 - Some pleasant light floral, but past it's best. Drink up

July 5, 2021 - Slightly floral start, with apple and lemon coming across as both ripe and slightly bitter, in an interesting manner. Better now vs when last tasted two years ago, shortly after release.

March 17, 2021 - Day1: intense/ripe loire muscadet-like, probably sur lee? (later checked the fact sheet and the answer was yes). Creamy yeasty volume with tons of sweet amino-acid umami, hint of sandalwood. Those characteristics from lee contact are enhancing the round/supple base structure consisting of ripe apple, peach, white flowers. Focused and complex, rich with balanced long finish.

Day3: fell apart a bit. Bright complexity calmed down. Macon-like ripe neutral citrus bitterness.

    Initially 91pts, but eventually 89pts.

January 24, 2021 - Popped and poured. Still going strong. Lively acidity. Some minerals. Floral and peach notes. Excellent balance. Many Pinot Blancs are thin with no complexity. Not this. Quite a bit going on here. The fruit hangs on the palate. Finishes nicely. No signs that this is past its prime.
