  September 21, 2019 - interesting good light, a bit inconsequential in ways, buy poised in others. hard to make sense of relatively subtle wines some times.

  February 23, 2018 - Une Semaine Gourmande; 2/21/2018-2/27/2018 (France): This wine needs an extra-time. Pale hay colour. Long legs.
  Serious aromas of lactic products mixed with humid earth, citrus peel and limestone mineralogy. All in one. Perfectly balanced. Elegantly performed.
  Endless density on the palate. Fine acidity. Nice aftertaste. Can't ask for more. Plenty of room so an extraordinary life ahead. I wish I can refill my cellar with bottles like this because it never disappointing me especially in young yet perfect vintages like this. My sort of blanc wine.

  Este vino necesita tiempo. El color del heno pálido. Deslizantes lágrimas. Serios aromas de productos lácteos mezclados con tierra húmeda, cáscara de cítricos y mineral de piedra caliza. Todo en uno. Perfectamente equilibrado. Elegantemente realizado.
  Densidad interminable en el paladar. Adecuada acidez. Buen retrogusto. No puedo pedir más. Mucho espacio por delante así que de una vida extraordinaria. Ojalá pueda rellenar mi bodega con botellas como esta porque nunca me decepcionaron especialmente en añadas jóvenes aunque perfectas como esta. La clase de vino blanco que me va. Bebida en el restaurante Le Rive Gauche en Joigny.

  October 14, 2017 - Découverte sur 3 jours avec sensations tactiles de mieux en mieux - Vin encore jeune, cépage sauvignon gris, partiellement élevé en fût - Vin au volume plein, belle fraîcheur, acidité pas trop marquée, peut convenir avec poissons comme volailles, apéritifs. À laisser en cave 4/5 ans avant prochaine. 86-88/100
