April 14, 2018 - PnD. Dark purple. Charred cherry and plum on the nose. Medium weight ripe tannins. Ripe plum cherry char and tar. Too much smoke and tar. Almost Pinotage like. Disjointed.

October 29, 2017 - Fruit forward, new world style but very high quality. Silky, aromatic with a long finish. Excellent value!

October 9, 2017 - Weird...tasted the wine at home a few days ago and it was quite different than the bottle I tasted at the winery...This one had a weird dusty smell...so I'm tempted to say it was flawed. Definitely didn't bring as much fun as my last one...there was something bugging me...so I'm not rating this one.

September 30, 2017 - Wow, wow, wow...this is absolutely crazy good. A previous vintage of Cellar Hand Cab Franc exists (2011?), but it sucked. This 2015 is almost exceptional...and it's only selling for $24.95...I think I'm only giving 94 points because I'm biased based on it's low price...This could be easily scored higher. Super aromatic, high quality soft tannins, fresh, super balanced. Blind I would have said that it was a Nota Bene from an excellent vintage. Buy, buy, buy!! In my top wines of 2017.
