  April 18, 2021 - Popped, poured, consumed over next 60 minutes. Nice, crunchy acidity, and salty, chalky minerals. Has developed well in bottle.

  July 27, 2020 - Very mineral driven, saline and seashells with hints of fresh squeezed lemon juice and lemon zest that keeps on through the finish. Very enjoyable. Refreshing, lots of good acidic structure that doesn't finish too sour or acrid. Got this under $20 at a Jujube wine dinner back in '18, has held up nicely for 4 years. Based on WS that was a steal. That value, for me, makes it A- (90).

  June 16, 2020 - Nose: fresh fennel shavings, subtle melon fruit.
  
  Palate: clean, thick minerality, more melon, saline and herbs.
  
  An ideal white.

  June 22, 2019 - Pale Gold color. Aromas of honeydew, minerals, lemon-lime and a hint of toast. Zesty on the palate, pleasantly soft and oily texture, light body. Flavors of honeydew, with lemon-lime and minerals in the finish.
