March 26, 2018 - Had that savory, moderately acidic, muted fruit and green bell pepper thang going that we expect from cab franc. Tannins were fairly soft. Can’t see this evolving much other than the acidity mellowing over time.

March 15, 2018 - Luscious fruits, silky, soft tannins and nuances of leaf, flowers and plums dusted with chocolate. The wine is forward, round and polished. It is already quite tasty.

December 15, 2017 - An aromatic wine with potpourri dried flowers, and some cherry notes. The in mouth feel is quite tannic. The wine is very unbalanced as it likely needs to be decanted for many more hours than this tasting afforded. I think it is going to improve as it has the muscle.
