  December 18, 2020 - Very interesting nose, that changed considerably during the course of the evening. Initially apple juice with some oxidative elements, then more mineral driven and stony aromatics, with finally caramelized notes and 'torréfié' elements.
  The palate is crisp and mineral driven, with lovely acidity, medium body, a hint of mediterranean spices and 'heat'. Ending bone dry. The palate bears some resemblance to a fino sherry, both the mineral and bone dry ending and oxidative notes, but does not have the 'flor' flavours.

Difficult to describe but there are both elements of sherry, nuts, aged white Bordeaux, minerals and wax here.this had aged in the cellar before release. Really deep nose. The aftertaste is a bit shorter. I would drink it now and in one Night. Don’t leave some for the next day in the fridge like I did. It will

  October 2, 2017 - An interesting find on the wine list of the Chiltern Firehouse, London. We could not but try this.
  Quite oxidative, light sherry dynamics, light nuts and touch of caramel. Very bright though and alive quite special wine , almost like a light red at times in terms of palate presence. Probably a couple of years past its peak so drink now. 91
