February 1, 2024 - Aging exceptionally well for eight years old. A very nice balance and integration of soft butter and oak--you don't miss it, and it's also not overly prominent.

December 18, 2023 - Bit of a faint nose...some yellow apple & pear, an interesting herbal note (dill?) and touch of florals. Med+ body rings fleshier fruit and notable acid cut with med length.
