April 16, 2023 - Last bottle of my 2015. As always, a great wine. Just a tish of the vegetative Cabernet flavor, but not dominant. Two is ALWAYS great. I have not had the more recent vintages where Jean Hoeflinger is no long the wine consultant/maker, But I still will buy and try the stuff Andy Erickson is involved in.

November 25, 2022 - This bottle had the real "come hither". Just could not get enough of it. Just a perfect wine. I hope that the fingerprint of Jean Hoefliger will remain with the newer vintages.
