May 27, 2021 - Classic nose of stones, yeasts and sea shells. Fleshy in the mouth with grapefruit, lime, green-ish pears, more of the stony minerality and slightly bitter on the back end. Getting better with air and around 12°C, lost a bit of energy, but with presence.(from 'Le Clos' Dubai airport-£20 C-19 quarantine)

April 19, 2021 - Solid Chablis. Drink now, though, if you like your Chablis crisp. This year seems to be starting to lose its edge. Liked it much better a year or two ago.

    October 7, 2020 - A singleton.
Opulent pectic fruit with an assertive flint/chalky mineral element and a lemon citrus kick to keep the whole in balance.
Excellent now but, in my view, for drinking over the next year or two while grip maintained.

August 8, 2020 - Yummy! What a pleasant surprise here: sweet citrus fruit and loads of flinty minerals, good acid, really tasty indeed

June 8, 2020 - Vibrant crisp and dry standard, should have left it 1 or 2 years more to loose some sharpness
