January 20, 2019 - Uncorked an hour before drinking. It's delicious! Aromas explode out of the glass! Medium-bodied, fairly precise, with nice acidity that calmed with some air and was better with food, but still tasty without. Hints of pomegranate, dried cranberries, Welch's grape juice and damp bark. To be expected, has a lighter mid-palate. Prefer this over a typical village burg. Fair QPR and would probably buy again.

December 7, 2018 - Popped and poured. An excellent Beaujolais. Rich, pretty red ruby. Candied anise nose is quite special. Pure beam of fruit is penetrating and sexy. Lovely, velvety mouth feel. Rich, luxuriant fruit. Hints of Black cherry and earth. Yonge and firm, but drinking really beautifully right now. This is an excellent Beaujolais. Goes down way too easy. 4-13-16-9: 92/100.
