September 17, 2021 - Brett infected. Drinkable, but very disappointing.

July 22, 2021 - This large scale wine was filled with ripe peach and layers of minerality. There is a yeasty quality to the nos that is followed by funky herbaceous notes.
The wine was clearly of a different place and style that what I typically drink. The texture was oily and tactile. There was a lot going on and future for this was has much to look forward to.

June 16, 2021 - Popped and poured Drank over 2 hours. A really enjoyable wine. Good depth and balance. At first we drank this at refrigerator temperature. It definitely improved as it warmed. The next bottle I will serve at slightly cooler than cellar temp. Agree with the earlier comments that at this stage of the wines evolution a couple hour decant is a good idea. Very nice.

April 3, 2021 - Petrol, lemon, minerals, apricot, and tart peach notes on the nose. Lovely acidity with more citrus, orange, apricot, and a hint of honey on the palate. Long finish. I love how minerally and tart/citrusy it is without being overly acidic and simple. Great stuff!

February 21, 2021 - PnP. Very good, with enough structure and depth of fruit that this is likely to continue its positive evolution for many more years. A deep pocket of fruit that resonates just slightly above its soil/place notes while adding a touch of weight and length with each passing glass. Brilliant and an excellent value. That said, I'd aerate this to decanter for an hour or two if trying it again. For its full potential, it's highly recommended

January 5, 2021 - Aromas include a mix of stone fruit such as apricot and tropical fruits such as mango. There is a creamy note on the nose too. Candied key lime pie. Very mineral-driven
The palate is dry with some tart apricots. Quite textured and phenolic.
    Excellent length
This is drinking well now but can age many years.

November 20, 2020 - Beautiful wine just can’t’ be drunk too cold. Nose shows tangerine, mango and floral notes. Petrol shows but takes its time. The palate is intense and mineral. Long finish. Love it! Long life ahead.

May 20, 2020 - Peach, apricot, citrus, sea shells, and minerals on the nose. Lovely acidity with tart apricot, stone fruit, saline notes, and lemon on the palate. Long finish. This is super promising, what a lovely Riesling!

March 20, 2020 - Spoke too soon on note below. With an hour of air, really came together nicely - more complex, more harmonious, much better. Bump from 90 to 92. (Original note: Hmm, not quite up to expectations - possibly needs time - and it might be hurt by the fact that I had a rockin Prum kabinett yesterday. Nose is very promising, mango, clementine, a touch floral, a touch petrol. Then there's a good hit of acidity, but something is out of whack - the mineral/slate notes and the acid seem to be in a tug of war. Residual sugar is there, but very background.)
