  January 17, 2009 - A very interesting wine. Incredibly crisp, clean, spritzy and lemony. This was my first bottle and I had it with a veal piccata -- perfect. It would also go well with shell fish and light fish dishes. I"m actually getting bubbles in my glass.

  July 12, 2007 - Super crisp, bright, lemony, and intense, with a slight hint of effervescence to it. Excellent with fresh seafood. Played off well against both the acidity of a ceviche, and also cut through the richness of a seafood stir fry. Can't imagine drinking this on its own, but great with food.
