  December 30, 2021 - Massively sweet. Not sure about the label describing structured and age worthy. I've never been disappointed with SB until today. Almost as if someone else's efforts were labeled. Sink pour.

  July 7, 2021 - If you don't like sweet or the perception of sweet, steer clear of this wine. I got it, knowing it was going to be on the sweeter side and it certainly is. It is like a dry port - it has all the perception of sweetness of a port but a dry finish. Leather, blackberry, bramble. We'll see if it fades a bit with some time open.

  May 15, 2021 - Fruity, slightly sweet but not too sweet. Would be good with barbecue, red sauced pasta, or on it's own. Very drinkable.
