April 23, 2023 - Blew me away. Dark red with purple hue. Complex aroma of pure blackberries and black cherries, pepper and green oily notes like eucalyptus or menthol. A brilliant mix of young freshness and superb ripeness. No tertiary components yet. Long finish with sublime integration of the acidity. Drink or hold. NEED MORE.
