February 4, 2021 - Hot warm summer drink : this stunning Rockford Alicante Bouchet Rose from 2006: Rosé is not made for aging . We discover its aging secret . The recommended drink window is between 2006 and 2008. Today she has turned 15 years in our cellar and still tastes beautifully . Rose 🌹 pedals and sweet cherries on the nose ; sweet wild berries on the palate; a hint of Lavender. Very fresh and touch of sweetness. No tannins and the color is dark ruby due to the years of aging . Sometimes you have to do the things out of box, then you will get great rewards.🍓🍇💃🌹
