June 19, 2023 - Impressionné par l'intensité aromatique et la densité, c'est vraiment du très haut niveau pour un "simple" côtes du jura. Le profil est classiquement oxydatif, je trouve toutefois un peu moins d'évidence et de facilité que sur des expériences précédentes. Peut-être bu trop tôt ?
