January 15, 2022 - Two hour slow ox. Deep rosy ruby color (like a Cali Pinot). Strawberry leaf, Captain Crunch cereal, and subtle mushroom on the nose. Smooth, dry palate, with vibrant acidity. Firm, but low intensity tannins on the medium long finish. This is past its prime for my palate.
