August 24, 2019 - Russk. Pablo let me take home some of my favorite bottles from his South African tasting. At home, the notes of campfire and scorched-earth became more prominent, less like a Bx. All were interesting, but I'm not sure I need to buy any. It turns out I wasn't that eager to finish them.

May 16, 2019 - Enjoyable wine with good structure and ripe fruit. To be critical, a bit simplistic. Overall, medium bodied. Try again in a few years.

September 14, 2018 - Russk Stacole Tasting. Totally South Africa. Green in a good way. I brought the open bottle home and drank it over a few days. Conclusion, hugely interesting but not entirely enjoyable.
