May 2, 2020 - WOW! Drinking amazingly. Still lively, good acid, great fruit. This was so good.

July 21, 2015 - 2001 Marc Morey & Flis Chassagne Montrachet Cru Les Vergers

Deep golden yellow. Almost to dark in my eyes, but still clear and clean in colors.
At first I was disapointed at start. When opend, it was flat, with no respons on aromas. And almost felt dead on the palet. I thought maybe heat during storing, or even oxidation.
Then 5-6 hours later it seriously opens..

The nose aromas are round and sweet. Ripe pears, honney, butter, some flovers.
On taste a bit of wooden feel and acidic, but still fruity and with a well balanced sweetness. I sence the quality, all though I dont see the full picture on this bottle.

I will try my second bottle soon. Just cause im not sure about the aromas and palet here. But I seriously think that I have experienced a weeker bottle. But also a combination of the bottle beeing served to cold.

August 3, 2014 - Still drinking very well, still a couple of years left. Fantastic wine.

November 1, 2011 - This seems to be in a prime drinking window. Golden quince color. Nose of caramel and yellow flowers. Medium+ bodied. Very nice acidity, which supports the ample fruit. Cantalupe, pears and caramel on the palate. Definitely some new oak in here, but it's there in moderation. Long finish. A slight bitter apple note in the end, which nicely cleans the palate, so that you're ready for the next sip. gulp, gulp, gulp

January 1, 2004 - Infanticide I know but I wanted to try this. This is a beautiful wine that will be wonderful in a few more years (at least 3.) It has a light straw color, and high acidity. There are over whelming aromas of hazelnuts, lemons and vanilla. On the pallet it is very smooth with just a small bite at the back.
