Community Tasting Notes 2

August 28, 2021 - Excellent. In a great place. Wonderful layers of fruit, meat, spice. Great body, good acidity. Super smooth and long finish. Hard to imagine it will get any better but no rush on this one.

October 24, 2020 - Nice. Dry. Light-medium bodied. There is red berries, licorice, spice, earth on the palate - but it needs more time to come together and put on some weight. Very satisfying now on it's own or with simple dishes but it should keep improving over next 5 years.
