  June 25, 2019 - Still fresh as a daisy and much more focused than 2 years ago. On the nose, citrus pith, subtle florals, and orchard fruit. Mouthwateringly fresh and clean on the palate with a sense of steeliness and minerality like licking rocks. There is excellent, balanced acidity and finishes with a sense of chalkiness. This has really come together since 2017. A terrific timorasso that I grossly underestimated two years ago.

  April 4, 2019 - pear, gooseberry, citrus peel, some weight and a dry finish, nothing overdone - very good with Parmesan chicken, lemon dressed greens and root vegetables. Just the thing to welcome the first warm days with cool nights in Spring. Excellent Piemonte white

  这是个特别的白酒。微咸，微mineral，很平衡，没热度。一点都不香。
