June 28, 2019 - 20th Wedding Anniversary Weekend; 6/28/2019-6/29/2019 (St. Regis Hotel, Wan Chai, Hong Kong): From the 'L'envol' restaurant wine list.....apparently a very small production. Very light gold. Very lifted immediate nose, fresh banana, lemons and white peach, more banana. Palate is sharply precise but warmly rounded, immediately heady and rounded and resonant. Gosh, this is lovely. Sophisticated. Rounded. Really resonant. Fabulous with the Langoustine/Caviar and Sea Bass/ Italian Dried Caviar dishes. I love this....and it just got better and better with extended time in the glass.
