June 21, 2020 - Much better drinking today than my first bottle awhile back, thankfully, so happy father's day to me! This is much more akin to the '02 Robert Hunter that I liked so much. Medium yellow color with fine bubbles. A little tight aromatically, but showing some apple, sourdough, and iron. Mouthfilling mousse with good acidity and length, and flavors of lime, green apple, mineral, and a nicely complicating tinny iron note. Great with lobster rolls and sipping afterwards. 👍

December 29, 2019 - Staw in color nice initial mousse Nose tight bright fruit. Some green apple lemon maybe a hint of lemon and toast. Hits the palate with tight not quite ripe fruit some lime and stone ends with a bit bread and clean finish. Not bad for the price.

April 10, 2019 - Based on the first bottle, I think I prefer Roederer at the same price point, though this presents a touch drier. Pretty linear with some green apple and fairly aggressive bead for an ET sparkler. We'll see if some time on the cork help this one out. Will wait for a bit on the remaining bottles.

March 31, 2019 - 1st of 6 and this is not as complex or enjoyable as the '02 vintage Robert Hunter (this wine), so I'm not sure if it's just difference of vintage, or needs more time or what, but it's still enjoyable enough for $5 less I guess ($19). Straw yellow color with medium fine bubbles. Aromas of lime and slate. Mouth-filling mousse, medium acidity, and flavors of lemon, lime, iron, toast, and minerals.

December 20, 2018 - Pleasant with stone fruit notes, faint sweetness and a little bit of biscuit notes. This sparkling wasn't particularly challenging or thought-provoking, but will definitely please a crowd.

December 18, 2018 - Nose: Citrus, peach, cantaloupe. Later, buttered white toast.

Palate: Bitter melon and grapefruit. Later, delicate cherry.

Honestly better than I expected, but the depth of flavor was not there.
