December 30, 2021 - Red but ripe fruits followed by a strong rhubarb flavor. Nice acidity that balance the sweetness impression on the finish. I like it a lot. Definitely at its peak now.

January 24, 2021 - Soft, balanced & quiet. A bit too much so.

October 5, 2020 - Our last and best bottle...wish we had more. Excellent pinot. Classic Oregon aromas and flavors of dark cherries and berries, spices, earth, mineral, truffle. Great QPR.

August 2, 2020 - My last tasting note spoke of sweet aromatics and sweet fruit. That hasn't changed. Very clean and well made with nice acidity and clean fruit. Very straight forward, well made New World Pinot. Honestly I would have liked a little earthiness and more complexity.
Paired well with a fillet of fresh, wild, king salmon that was fabulous.

Recorked 1/2 the bottle and put in the fridge.
Day 2 was better. The earthiness I desired had arrived in just the right amount. I suspect this needs another decade to show like I'd want it to.
