March 8, 2019 - The wine looks garnet colored. The legs are fast. There is no sediment in the bottle. It tastes like gooseberry and raspberry. The body is light/medium. The wine has satin-like texture. The wine finishes short. The wine has medium acidity.

October 29, 2018 - Very rough at first, but smoothed out after a while. Let this one breathe for an hour.

May 19, 2018 - By the glass at L'avant Comptoir, Paris.

Pop n poured. Wide open and expressive right off the bat. The purest aromas of raspberries, dark cherry, licorice, black olives, violets and wet granite emerges from the glass.

Very fresh, silky, intensive yet airy on the palate. The purity of the fruit strikes me again. Medium bodied with bright acidity and really smooth tannins. The mouthfeel is similar to a really fine Chambolle or Volnay. Long, lingering finish.

I've always been impressed with the wines from this adress but I realize that I drink them way to seldom. This is just how I like my Gamay. Drinking superb right now with the future ahead of it.
