August 4, 2019 - El abuelito de la cata... quizás por ello necesitó algo más de tiempo para superar cierta reducción y dar paso a un perfil en el que coexistían notas de champiñón con toques de pastelería y matices florales. En boca tiene buen ataque y pese a su complejidad pasa fluido, cremoso, con muy buena acidez, notable sensación de frescura. Largo y con excelente definición.
