April 8, 2023 - Got this on auction in 2010. My taste profile was wider then. Opened tonight, cork perfect. This was so mellow for a Aussi Shiraz, perfect in its presentation. No bricking in the glass. Fresh sweet cherries on the nose. Nicely balanced, not heavy, incredibly fresh on the palate. Astonished.

November 13, 2021 - Last bottle
Popped and poured reviewed at 1.5 hours open.
Nose has strong eucalyptus notes, blue berry, soft pillowey notes that are very pleasant
palate is soft, silky, very long with notes of eucalyptus, ripe black berry, hints of white pepper and some menthol notes.
The finish at the 1 hour open mark is quite nice.
Would buy again. -
