October 3, 2023 - Knowing about good wine and buying at the right price at auction is always rewarding. Decanted 1.5 hours. Blueberries, Eucalyptus, mild pepper, spice and earth. Concentrated wine and super balanced. Tastes like $100 plus Cab but paid $45 with shipping. Win!

April 26, 2022 - Lots of black pepper and beefy nose. Soft tannins with raspberry notes. A very nice wine and lots left in the bottle after our tasting. It was even better the second night!

September 19, 2020 - An explosive red licorice nose with hints of lilac and rose, surprisingly. On the palate a very well balanced wine that is at a nice drinking level right now but can hold for at least 10 years. Glad I have more. Strong dark fruit on palate, not explosive but full of flavor and balanced well with acidity and tannins. My partner and I loved this wine We haven't had an Aussie in long time.
