October 20, 2014 - Delicious, but I'm not sure it's great with food at this point. A compelling wine, nevertheless.

January 31, 2009 - One of the best white wines ever. Great combo leading with Chardonnay made and blend with some modern and traditional techniques and varietals. Expensive for a white, but well worth splurging on.

June 22, 2008 - Truly amazing in every possible way. Masses of personality within a rich and complex profile. Great aromas and long finish. Jermann never disappoints. Can last much longer but so fresh and exciting now

December 29, 2007 - Anniversay dinner wine at Casa Diva. Great floral notes. Full mouthfeel with aspects of white fruit and some vanilla. This wine goes very well with most pasta dishes. Well balanced and gets better as it evolves in the glass and warms up a bit.

July 16, 2007 - I drank it over two days, with and without food - baked fish (Orange Roughy) and pan-fried fish (Tilapia) each with a starch and fruit. Notes of citrus, peach and apricot on the fruit, which simply provided interest to the clean acidity - just a touch of sweetness, somewhat like a slightly wooded Chablis. Medium-long finish; absolutely no off-flavor from beginning to end. Really excellent.

June 5, 2007 - I just didn't "get" this wine--it seemed like a wine that didn't know what it wanted to be. We had it for Easter 2007 at Aozora with different kinds of fish, and it just wasn't gelling with anything. Certainly wouldn't pay the price to give this a second shot.
