November 8, 2014 - This wine is a gorgeous garnet color. The nose has hints of boysenberry, graphite, blackberry, and tobacco. The tannins are pronounced and the finish is dry. Good -- not great.

June 29, 2013 - Aerated the wine immediate upon opening. Black berry and currant where apparent in the smell. Wine was fruity with a hint of chocolate. The tannins were slightly apparent. The finish was smooth. This wine is ready to drink now.
