October 31, 2017 - Italian Wine Scholar Course at the Texas Wine School. 100% Inzolia. Clear, bright, pale yellow with silver hues. The nose is clean, medium in intensity, youthful, with aromas of tart citrus, lemon zest, almonds and white flowers. No oak. The palate is dry, with medium (+) acidity, medium alcohol (12%) and a hint of tannin. This is a very well-balanced, crisp wine, with medium flavor intensity and a medium (+) long, slightly briny, mineral finish. Drink now, not intended for aging. This wine is really a great value at under $12.00. 88+
