December 10, 2022 - Fruit forward (blueberry, blackberry, cassis, prune), subtle oak/tobacco/leather. Tannins bring good structure. Balanced and doesn't show relatively high alcohol level thanks to good acidity. One of those that gets better with food. As others have mentioned, a bit of fizz; bothered me at the beginning but it toned down throughout the evening. This is my third bottle and first time I noticed the fizziness, anyone had a similar experience?

December 1, 2022 - Black raspberries and other dark fruits predominate, with herbs and spices. A hint of barnyard on the nose. Good depth and a long finish. Still young (I tend to drink my Chateauneufs older), fresh, juicy and tingly (the last probably a combination of spice and acid). Not the last word in complexity, but the vibrant and layered fruit quality makes it a winner. Very tasty and fun.

November 26, 2022 - Had it with duck breast, after 6 hours decant. Subdued nose, opening slightly during the evening. Tannins still prominent. Next bottle will try with Coravin. 2024 or later.
