November 22, 2017 - Tart and delicious, modest alcohol this is the type of fun Beaujolais that works with a modest Asian fusion dinner of Chicken skewers, roast Brussels Sprouts, and Brown Jasmine rice. All fruit and acid, it can match soy and five spice flavors as well as the complex sulfur flavors of the Brussels Sprouts. $10 a steal for dinner with my grandkids.
