Community Tasting Notes 1

March 1, 2019 - Great Syrah Merlot blend from Lebanon. Dark ruby and a little violet color. Very concentrated but not overdone. Ripe plum, dark cherries, chocolate and some licorice on the palate. Tannins very dominant, missing some more character and finesse. Still a little young, I would wait until 2022 before opening the next bottle.
