Un vin généreux, parfumé (ananas, vanille, lys) un rien séducteur avec son boisé un rien trop présent.
La mineralité appuyée, saline grillée est superbe, donne de l’alllonge, réveille le milieu de bouche .

October 28, 2023 - In excellent condition. Generous flavour, great mouthfeel, excellent lingering aftertaste, acid/alcohol balance just right. Maybe at peak or close to it?
May 7, 2023 - Beautiful straw yellow color. At pnP first a distinguished note of sour milk, but it tones down after like half an hour in the glass. Beautiful floral nose with notes of lemongrass and seashell minerality. Nice balance of fruit and minerality and acidity on the palate. This is great mouthfeel. Long finish that turns into mango and pear at the end. Very delicious. Think this is hit at the exactly right maturity level for my preference. I love the style of Thomas Morey. P 92-93+
January 31, 2022 - Green tinged gold, on nose and palate this is a beautiful, subtle, nuanced mineral wine, oyster shell and limestone, so delicious it disappears in a flash.
July 10, 2021 - Gorgeous floral scents, apricot, peach, spice, almond blossom, lime, mineralite, incipiently complex, but with everything subtlety lurking in the background. Lovely.
March 17, 2021 - This has calmed down, with the flesh making way for loads of minerality. It has pure citrus and white peach fruits. There's great shape and exquisite balance. Dinking really well.
March 26, 2020 - brilliant chassagne, complex with buttery nose and good tension - lasting finish and nice mouthfeel - bit too young maybe but surely good for the next 5-10 yrs!
October 30, 2018 - Bright fruit up front, bread and chalk in the middle, finishes long. Complex, bright, lots of fun flavors.
May 10, 2018 - Another vineyard that wasn’t affected by frost and it has an engaging nose of gunflint, white peach and aniseed. It is so direct and intense. There’s fabulous mid-palate flesh and the finish oozes minerals and flora.
