February 1, 2024 - Another wonderful wine brought to dinner by a generous member of CDV713.

I love it when the night starts and ends with Champagne.

May 11, 2023 - PnP. Open right out of the gate with a lovely creamy texture and soft mousse. Just like last month, classic Cristal lemon with great acid to balance. Drinking absolutely beautifully.

April 21, 2023 - Atlanta Musigny & Chevy Dinner: So young and fresh, it was hard to believe it was 2000. But it's wide open for business and classic lemon with a solid core of acid. This is the one to drink for the next few years while you're waiting for your 2002, 2008, etc.

we had it after the Krug 2000. This time I would go with the Cristal. Fresher, more energetic and precise. No roasted aromas, not easy to detect. I guessed Cristal 1996. Great acidity structure. Still alive at least for 5-8 years. 94-95
