September 20, 2019 - What a delight. This is not an easy pairing. The acidity is very low, the flavors are rather delicate. However, when you find the correct one pairing, this is magical. And it's pretty damn nice on its own. Soft, round melon fruits are everywhere. The acidity is low, but it's not fat at all. This is an incredibly difficult wine to make, and cuilleron nails it. If you can find this near $20, its worth trying for the experience. Super fun, cool wine

July 26, 2018 - Sublte tropical and stone fruit up front with a richer body and medium-minus acidity. Lazy but not fat, interesting but not overpowering.

June 30, 2018 - This has a powerful, robust nose which initially came off like a bowl of fruit cocktail to me, but later settled into more floral/honeysuckle territory.

A fairly rich wine with medium-low acidity. On the palate, the only fruit I can discern is honeydew melon...rather this is largely dominated by waxy accents and spices. The finish is lightly bitter, but in a good way!

I'm my opinion, a classy old world wine that is more complex than its price point would typically suggest.

June 8, 2018 - Light lemon core. Banana, hay and lemon on the nose. Dry, medium-bodied, balanced acidity. On the palate, this suggests something close to a Gibson in terms of mouthfeel (slightly fat, relatively low acidity, tending toward aromatic), but with only modest alcohol. On the whole, this is very nice, and given the favorable price point and reasonable alcohol content, would make a welcome addition to many wine lists.
