  December 29, 2020 - Agree with previous, burst of cherries and slight candied plums but very linear with no layers typical of Amarone. Drink if you have it but dont buy again. Cheers.

  March 21, 2019 - Straits Wines - Cabernet Sauvignon Tasting (Straits Wines @ Siglap): Huge burst of red cherries and plums on the nose and palate, to the point that it even seems sweet (though yes it’s still dry). Also has grass, stones, and nutmeg spices in the undertones. Nice

  March 16, 2019 - Sweet, succulent, and peppery, this shows raspberry fruit on the tasty, full-bodied palate and dark stony minerals, spices, veneer, and garrigue on the black-fruited nose. The finish is warm and driven by green peppercorns. Not too shabby.

  February 8, 2019 - Don't understand the objection to this wine from other reviewers. It's a fine Amarone, if a bit on the sweet side, and certainly a great value at $20 from Trader Joe's. A slight alcoholic bite (15%) but yummy.
