  June 19, 2022 - "Día de los Daddys" (Chicago, IL): Somewhat odd for me; this didn't show as well as some of the other de Moors I've had. I guess they can be somewhat inconsistent at times. A slight natty quality here, but not really in a bad way, with a distinct spicy/herbal note running through it. This has the breadth of 2015 and the acidity of Chablis, but it didn't feel like this was well-integrated.

  April 30, 2022 - Getting a lot of popcorn from this wine. Not something I recall with other de moor bottles. The palate is lean and nicely balanced though. Maybe this just needs time for the popcorn to integrate.

  February 4, 2022 - honey crispy apples, lemon zest, wet stones and oyster shells jump out of the glass with a hint of rich oak. on the palate lively acidity balances light baking spices with lemon juice, apples, and a hint of smoke. vibrant and delicious. complex but hard not to drink all at once.
