March 18, 2019 - Cederic Bouchard tasting with add-ons. (LystPå resturant Bodø): Top nose with round comfortable tones and sweet fruit. A little strained in the mouth. Tight mineralistic with a lot of acid. Applecore. A lot of salt. 600 bottles made. Suspects a suboptimal bottle.

January 21, 2019 - D´Angerville Monday night tasting. (LystPå): Nose with butter and bakery. Some hung meat. Spice. On the palate red apples. Phenomenal length.Lovely acidity. Very good

January 2, 2019 - Dinner at S.K.Y. (Chicago, IL): Putting this note here, although I think this is legally a NV wine. 2014 base, obviously, disgorged April 2018. This is really different than many of the other Bouchard champagnes I've had. It shows a much more gentle quality, with the usual acidity more subdued. Nice roundness and broadness on the palate -- this is lovely proof that all modern champagnes don't have to be acidic razors.
